Here's some tricks you can follow to get the lowest price when buying Adobe Photoshop CS5:

Seek out the student discount version. This can cut your costs in half. You can buy these online and input a student discount code.
Find versions that have rebates built in. Some cameras and laser printers may come bundled with rebates for purchasing various Adobe software.
Don't buy the latest version of Adobe Photoshop, (latest is Adobe Photoshop CS5). To get the lowest price try purchasing an earlier version of Photoshop, for example Photoshop CS2, Photoshop CS3 or Photoshop CS4 you can save a lot of money.
Look on eBay and other auction sites or Amazon for cheap discounts. Make sure that you purchase legitimate products however.
You need to have a very good graphics card for Adoble Photoshop CS5, but earlier versions, even such as Photoshop 7 are still feature packed.
